Offense comes alive as Dragons win fifth straight
The Purple Dragons made history once again on Friday night, winning their fifth straight game. The team also guarantees their first winning season in the history of the club.

David Chesny once again was the pitching star, throwing 6 innings while giving up only one earned run over three hits and seven strike outs.

An offensive explosion came from the clean up hitter, Jim Heilman who went 2 for 2 with a double and 3 RBIs. Kevin Ranson and Dave Valletta also had doubles in the contest, leading to a Dragons victory.

Clem Healy had a big night with the glove, making 9 put outs and ending the game on a 3-6-3 double play behind closer Matthew Katona.
